COVID - 19 (Coronavirus update)

All bookings between now and Monday 2nd May 2020 have now be postponed due to the government lockdown, and the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers & Staff.

For all bookings up to Sunday 31st May, this will be reviewed nearer the time.

We are keeping a close eye on developments associated with the spread of Covid -,19

Policy for bookings from Monday 2nd May 2020 onwards below until advised otherwise.

New measures have been introduced to allow no contact at time of delivery and collection.

  • Balance can be paid via bank transfer
  • Disclaimer / terms signed prior to delivery via email
  • Extension cable placed outside ready to driver to inflate equipment
  • Side access to garden required will not be taken through houses
  • All equipment disinfected with antibacterial cleaning products on delivery
  • All equipment to remain inflated for collection, where it will be cleaned & disinfected again
  • All products fully sanitized for your peace of mind
  • Low contact equipment available
  • All delivery drivers us antibacterial hand gel before and after all visits

Kids Party Packages & Hall hires - will still go ahead as long as your venue is still allowing bookings however extra precautions will be in place for children to wash hands before eating, all face painters will have extra sponges/brushes etc that will only be used per one child with no extra contact with paints, any children showing any symptoms of colds, flu, coughs or unwell will not be painted.

If the government issue a lock-down in the areas of your booking or the venue closes, then all normal non- refundable deposits will be given back as a credit note that can be used within 6 months or we will on this occasion move the complete booking with no changes, on to an alternative date subject to availability, within 12 months of the original date of booking at no extra charge.

If you decided to cancel as long as we receive at least 5 days notice we will on this occasion issue your deposits back as a credit note that can be used within 6 months. If we do not receive 5 days notice original booking terms will apply.
