🏰 Hiring a Hall for a Bouncy Castle Party?
If you're planning to have a bouncy castle indoors, it's extremely important to check the venue measurements before booking.
Don't just check the floor space – you also need to know the usable ceiling height.
Things that can reduce the available height include:

If you're combining soft play with a ball pond or toddler bouncy castle, remember to allow enough floor space between each activity.
🎵 Choosing a Venue for a Children's Disco
Planning a Kids Disco or Teen Disco?
Look for a hall with plenty of room for dancing and enough space for our DJ and equipment.
If you're booking one of our UV Glow Discos, a venue that can be made reasonably dark will give you the best UV effect.
It's also worth checking the venue's rules regarding smoke machines, snow machines and other special effects, as these aren't permitted in every hall.
📏 Always Check the Venue Measurements
Although we've previously supplied equipment or entertainment to venues listed in our directory, you should always confirm the current measurements and facilities directly with the venue before booking.
Venues can change layouts, fixtures and hire policies.
Before booking your Checos equipment, we recommend checking:
✅ Available floor space
✅ Lowest usable ceiling height
✅ Access doors and corridors
✅ Setup and collection times
✅ Venue opening and closing times
✅ Rules regarding inflatables
✅ Rules regarding smoke/snow machines
✅ Parking and unloading access

⏰ Remember to Allow Setup & Collection Time
When booking your hall, don't book it for exactly the same times as your party.
Checos normally requires at least 30 minutes before your party to deliver and set up your entertainment or equipment.
We also require at least 30 minutes after your party to dismantle and remove the equipment.
Larger inflatables and some party packages may require additional time.
Example: If your children's party runs from 1pm–3pm, don't hire the hall for only 1pm–3pm. You'll need additional venue time before and after the party for setup and collection.
If you're unsure how much time you'll need, contact the Checos team before booking your hall.
