Please note: Deposits are non-refundable. However, if severe weather conditions such as heavy rain or wind speeds above 24mph prevent outdoor setup, we will offer either:
• A full refund
• Or the option to transfer your booking to another date within 12 months (subject to availability)

Our friendly and experienced team provides free local delivery and full setup.

If your event is at a village hall, school or corporate venue, we can arrange specific delivery times — just let us know in advance.
