Booking and Payment
Booking with Checos is easy and convenient. You can use our live booking system on our website to check availability and book your chosen items 24/7. Alternatively, you can contact our friendly staff via phone, text, or WhatsApp to assist you with your booking.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. However, if we need to cancel your outdoor booking due to severe weather conditions, such as persistent heavy rain or wind speeds of 24 mph or above, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date within 12 months, subject to availability.
Delivery and Assembly
We offer free local delivery and assembly by our experienced and friendly staff. We deliver and set up our bouncy castles between 7am and 11am and collect them from 6pm, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your event. If you require specific delivery times for village halls, schools, or corporate venues, please contact us in advance.
At Checos, we are committed to providing safe and enjoyable entertainment for children's events of all types. We only hire safe inflatables that meet and exceed BSEN 14960 standards. Our equipment is regularly tested and all our electrical equipment is PAT tested annually.
